Everything I have chosen to study has been guided by one belief: I want to truly see the individual in front of me.
I have never believed in a one-size-fits-all approach to health, nor in simply finding a “pill for an ill.” We are each unique. We experience life differently, respond differently, and arrive at our symptoms through our own individual story. To me, truly holistic care means taking the time to understand that story and looking at the whole person rather than reducing someone to a diagnosis, a symptom, or a protocol.
I wanted training that would allow me to deepen that approach and become a more integrative practitioner. The New School of Nutritional Medicine gave me exactly that.
After completing my diploma with the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy, I happened to see an advertisement for the New School. Something about it immediately called to me. I kept coming back to it, and a year later, I applied.
What followed was two years of learning that I genuinely loved. Nutritional Medicine expanded the way I understand the body and the interconnectedness of its systems, while Psychological Coaching became an unexpected gift—not only to me as a practitioner, but to me personally.
One of the things I valued most was that our first year of coaching began with ourselves. Before learning how to support someone else, we were encouraged to turn the lens inward: to understand our own patterns, beliefs, responses and ways of being. That experience changed the way I listen, the way I ask questions, and the way I sit with the person in front of me.
For me, the New School was never simply about adding another qualification. It helped me bring together the different pieces of health in a way that feels deeply aligned with how I have always believed people should be cared for: individually, thoughtfully, and as a whole person.
The New School integrates Nutritional Medicine, Psychological Coaching, and Rapid Relief Homeopathy, because we do not work with a digestive system walking through the door; we work with the human being who is walking through that door with a digestive system connected to a whole load of other systems.
One diploma. Two professional qualifications: Nutritional Therapist and
Psychological Coach. Three disciplines.

I am excited to share that I contributed to Rapid Relief Homeopathy, a book created and led by my teacher, Dr Khush Mark PhD, at the New School of Nutritional Medicine. Alongside other practitioners, I had the opportunity to add my voice to this wonderful project, which offers clear, practical insights into using homeopathy for everyday health concerns. Being part of this collaborative work has been such an inspiring experience, and I am delighted to share it with you. You can learn more and purchase a copy directly through the New School of Nutritional Medicine.
